Graham and Ellie at the Park

My friend Sara and I took Graham and Ellie to a park near our house. The two of them had a lot of fun together. As you can see, Ellie gave Graham a nice hug, which was followed by a tackle as they tumbled over! Graham likes looking at this "Peek-a-boo" picture of his friend Ellie.

The Pumpkin Patch

As usual, I am months behind in posting pictures! :) We took a trip to Vala's Pumpkin Patch before Halloween. Graham really enjoyed feeding the goats, LOVED riding/pretending to drive the tractor and looking at all the pumpkins.

The Park

Mommy and Graham went to the park yesterday. It was a park built for preschoolers and Graham had a great time climbing and going down the slide by himself. He is getting so big!!!

Baseball

Graham loves playing with his bat (even if he calls that his ball also). He loves to swing the bat at his big ball to hit that around the living room. He is also obsessed with hats. He walks around patting his head (the baby sign for hat) and saying "hat". He typically wants your hat, but won't keep it on his head. We were able to catch a few pictures in which he was actually keeping his hat on!

Graham's First Haircut

Considering his first haircut was at the end of July, I am a little late posting these pictures! He went to a barber shop near our house and sat like such a "big boy" to have his hair cut. It made him look a lot older. We are actually due for another one now, but here's pictures of the first!!

My Favorite Activity

Graham is doing his favorite thing--reading books. He loves books! He clears all the bookshelves in the house off while trying to find the one he wants.

Bed Head

As the hair gets longer, the bed head only gets more wild! I had to put this up because it truly makes my "wild man" look wild!

Milwaukee Trip

Milwaukee Trip

We went to the Milwaukee Brewers game with our friends Chris and Michelle Cederberg and Dan and Ann Walsh.

Graham liked all the things at a baseball game to see and also taking Dan's hat off. He thought that was a pretty fun game.

Trip to Milwaukee

One of our favorite things in Milwaukee was hanging out by Lake Michigan, taking walks by the lake and sitting and people watching. We had the opportunity to visit the lakefront a couple times. Graham loved it!

Flying a kite and playing ball down by Lake Michigan with our friends Elissa, Lydia and Naomi Retkowski. Lydia was quite a pro at kite-flying for being only 3!

Trip to Milwaukee

Graham thought this tube was better than about any toy we could ever buy for him!!! He had a great time.

Trip to Milwaukee

Our family took a trip to Milwaukee, leaving July 18th and came back to Omaha July 22nd. We had the opportunity to see lots of our friends in Milwaukee, all missed very much. We had a great time and Graham was a champ in the car!

Happy 1st Birthday Graham

Graham had a wonderful 1st birthday. He wasn't so sure about the whole cake/frosting thing! Despite all his great gifts, his favorite was the baseball and bat (us trying to replace the "spirit sword").
